My name is Kaya Hansson. I was born in Finland,but was brought up in Sweden.I have always painted,went to art collage in the70's,I had very good teachers.I didn't start painting in water colours until 1980. I also use oil and acrylics,and I paint on silk for clothing, because sewing is my other interest.

I prefer painting outdoors ,when it gets too green out here in the forest,where I live,I long for the sea and the cliffs.
